Parajumpers Women's Kodiak Coat - Olive

Parajumpers - Kodiak, women's slim fit, olive hooded, quilted parka from the Masterpiece Series. The hood features a detachable fur lining and trim, drawstring pulls and a central zip so that it can be worn opened out. The collar has a parachute clip fastening with yellow grosgrain pull and the main jacket features a concealed zip and button fastening with re-enforced taping, two flap fastening hand warmer pockets, single, tall chest pocket, two flap pockets with a leather trim and a large curved chest to hip pocket with two further internal pockets. This pocket can also be opened from the back with a yellow grosgrain pull. The pockets have press stud fastenings with re-enforced taping. The sleeves feature re-enforced elbows that have a Velcro opening and removable pads and a detachable Parajumpers - 'That Others May Live' patch. The quilted lining is filled with down and feathers and has two inside pockets. There is a vented rear and zipped side seam vents for added ventilation.

Model is 5'9" and a UK size 10. Model wears a S (UK size 10)

The men of the 210th Rescue Squadron, based in Anchorage, Alaska, are highly trained for extreme rescues and recoveries in the wildest, most remote and hostile corners of the Globe. Whether it be ships adrift at sea, rock climbers stuck atop a 4,000 meter peak, or submariners sunk at unimaginable depths, these men are called to intervene.

They are PJs - Short for PARAJUMPERS. Tough and courageous, they are better trained than any military corps, but most important, they use their skills and techniques to save lives. Their motto is: "that others may live". Gobi Denali Kodiak are the names of the legendary missions of these heroes, to whom Parajumpers dedicate their jackets.
