Alessi Michael Graves Hob Kettle

A global bestseller, Alessi’s bird kettle became a cultural icon when it was designed in 1985 by architect and designer, Michael Graves. Its distinguishing feature is a small, bird-shaped whistle that produces a melodic tune as if singing when water starts boiling.

Drawing inspiration from Art Deco to Pop Art, the 9093 hob kettle also fuses elements from the Italian brand’s metalwork heritage such as the rivets around the base. The 18/10 grade stainless steel construction has a polished mirror finish and comprises a handle with a protective, polyamide nylon grip. The magnetic steel base enables use on induction hobs.
