Featuring a distinguishable 'V' logo, chunky sole and vegetable-tanned leather, Veja trainers are the coolest environmentally-friendly shoes to come out of Paris. Founders Sébastien Kopp and François-Ghislain Morillion launched the brand in 2005 to establish a sleek, contemporary footwear brand that had a social and environmental conscience; cotton is organic and sourced from Brazil, wild rubber comes from the Amazon, and the pair work with cooperatives of small producers in Brazil and France.
