4SDesigns' Angelo Urrutia travels between Italy and New York, developing new fabrics along the way. For these cargo trousers, the founder sought to create a more refined version of ripstop for the summer months. They're woven with some virgin wool to mimic suiting while webbing ties drape from the side flap pockets.
